REINTJES GmbH is a globally acting, independent company for maritime and industrial propulsion technology.
The classic product portfolio includes light and heavy marine gearboxes for main drives with power ratings from 250 to 30,000 kW. Since the first developed marine gearbox in 1929, this product portfolio has been extended continuously.
In the maritime sector dredging gearboxes as well as complex system solutions such as pod drives and hybrid drives round off the product range.
For the industrial sector REINTJES offers high speed gearboxes for stationary use.
Internationally, the company is positioned on all major markets through its global sales and service network of subsidiaries and partners. The export rate, including indirect exports, is approximately 90 %.

With an export rate of about 90% and a global presence because of a worldwide sales and service network, the propulsion specialist REINTJES appreciates the export initiative GeMaX as new sales appliance.
The value of the maritime propulsion technology takes place at the headquarters location in Hamelin since 1950. The classic product portfolio, marine gearboxes for main drives with power ratings from 250 to 30,000 kW, is being continuously expanded and adapted to the market requirements. By new ways of export promotion, the GeMaX initiative contributes to a constant positioning in the consisting markets.
